Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service total.
A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require rescheduling and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
